I was within the area and decided to give Teriyaki Corner a try since I’ve heard such great things about it. It was a nice and quaint restaurant. Service was also quite quick. I ordered the Chicken Bento, Crazy Roll, Dragon Roll, and an order of spicy salmon rolls to-go. The Chicken Bento was delicious, but unfortunately, the sushi had one big issue. The avocado looked extremely stale and somewhat rotten. It compromised the taste of the sushi quite a bit. If it was not for the avocado, the sushi would have been alright. I find the prices a bit high as well for what you get. Not sure if I’ll be back.

I really like this place. I’ve always gotten take out but the service was always friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried some rolls like the volcano roll and dragon roll. They are good but not the best. I would typically get a rice or yakisoba bowl, they are delicious! Since I like spicy food, the spicy teriyaki sauce the have is great! The best and my favourite order is the Japanese curry rice bowl. The spiciness of the curry which is also a little sweet, and so flavourful! I highly recommend it if you enjoy curry.

I love this place! I come at least once a week. The staff are so friendly and sweet and the food is awesome! They have some specialty rolls that I just love — and the portions are HUGE. Price wise — it is about average. Quality of the food is a 5⁄5.

Very good sushi, nice atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the Dragon roll. The spicy tuna rolls were not as good as the ones they sell at Mt. Fuji but were still okay. Overall I really enjoy my experience every time I come here. If you want QUALITY Japanese food, go to Teryaki Corner. Definitely beats the westernized food of Panda Hut Express across the street. Everything is made fresh for you, in house at Teryaki Corner. They have a variety of seating options, the classic swings, booths, tables, and tall tables with bar stools. The service is usually pretty good, when it’s really busy sometimes it can take longer to get your food but it’s worth the wait. They also offer take out if you want your order to go.

This is my go-to place for sushi on the north side of Edmonton. The food is great but they should add more variety for their rolls. I love how they serve bubble tea/boba here. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick!

The food is good, but not great and now with having a Panda Express across the street I don’t think I’ll be coming back Teriyaki Corner anytime soon.

I was taken to this quaint little Japanese bistro for the first time recently for date night with the boy & I was blown away! Originally, I assumed this location would be similar to Tokyo Express so I wasn’t all that excited, but after tasting the food & enduring such a hospitable atmosphere at Teriyaki Corner; Tokyo Express can only wish to compare to such awesomeness! Ordering at first was a little confusing, but thankfully the owner was there as with other staff to guide us through it which was really appreciated! We took our seats after ordering & staff came by to drop the food off, bidding us a good meal and returning after we were done to collect the dirty dishes & bring other food items such as dessert. I had the beef bowl over rice, yam tempura, chocolate banana bubble tea with mango stars & green tea ice cream tempura; all of it was absolutely amazing & delicious! The staff are extremely polite; wishing every person who enters their door a warm welcoming and bidding each leaving customer a good day. This is my new favorite spot & I would definitely 100% recommend!

Just visited this store for the first time, since it was conveinant to be down the road from the Edmonton Garrison and across the street from Wal-Mart. You really have to look for it, since the store front faces south and you can’t really tell its open because of the new developments on-going around that intersection. I am HUGE fan of Japanese and Oriental style foods. The wife just started working at the Wal_mart across the way and a friend told her about the place. For our first visit, she went with a basic noodle bowl and I went with a Dragon Roll. I also tried a bubble smoothie for the first time. Everything was amazing! Because it was our first time there, the owner explained everything to the wife, on how everything was fresh and would do their best to please her. We are HUGE fans of Edo and Mount Fuji and in taste comparison — it blew them out of the water! Unfortunatly, the portions of food is somewhat lacking for a big eater like myself. I highly recommend this place for a fast lunch fix — and don’t be surprised when you see alot of military and sheriff members there! Lol

I loved the location at Summerside Market when we lived on the south side. Now that we live on the north again, we’ve been scrambling for new favourites close by. That’s really hard to do when you’re in a new area that doesn’t have a lot of developed space around it. Little can I tell you how excited I was when the sign for a new Teriyaki Corner went up. Then, two days ago, when we saw that it was finally open, I let you a little squee of delight. We could finally check it out. The place is bright, with the swing seats they’re kind of knows for right by the windows. We were greeted most enthusiastically by the two girls behind the counter, who told us that their debit wasn’t working that day. Not good, as we didn’t have any cash. However, I wasn’t going to let that deter us. As went to the bank(then stopped for some tea) and headed back over. We were no the only ones there anymore at this point. There was a line up, but they were getting though people quite quickly. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, they’ll bring your meal out to your table when it’s ready to go. They were so excited that we had decided to come back. It was adorable. I got a full order of spring rolls and a mini teriyaki beef bowl. What I love about the rice bowls it that they include steamed edemame beans instead of the sgredded carrot that I usually see in other places. It was delicious, and the perfect size for a small meal or snack. The spring rolls were fresh, crispy and delicious. This was a relief because I’ve had some less than stellar spring rolls lately and I had really been looking forward to having these. They also offer a variety of bubble teas, fresh sushi, milk drinks and other Japanese goodies. I also really enjoy that they play Japanese pop music, but not at such a level that it’s grating. I can’t wait to see what else is going to open up within walking distance! This is definitely a winner.
