Tandoori King

I’ve had take-​out from here six times and it has always been amazing. Their meats are cooked to perfection. My favourite dishes are the Butter Chicken, Fish Curry, Goat Korma, Vegetable Pakora and Palak Paneer. The Garlic Naan is so fresh and delicious! They always have a wide array of delicious sweets in their display case, at a reasonable price of $ 9.00 a pound.
The staff have always been pleasant, until the first time I dined in, which was at lunch-​time today. The waitress was miserable and rude, with very little manners. My friends noticed that she was spraying the tables with Lysol, although there were plates and cutlery set on them. After much plate wiping, all you could hear at our table was «mmmmm» «so gooood» «wow». The food was still amazing! Hopefully today’s waitress will receive remedial training. I think she heard us talking about her attitude problem, as near the end she smiled a little and said yes to taking our picture at the table. (We were the ONLY people there at that time.)
So to sum things up, the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, but I suggest you use their take-​out option to avoid poor service and Lysol covered plates :-)

Great service, décor, and Indian music. I asked for very spicy and never broke a sweat though. Didn’t care for the cottage cheese balls in cream sauce.

You must try Tandoori King! The butter chicken is to die for. The paneer pakora is exceptional. And although none of these things will help your waistline, they will have your tastebuds singing! Oooohhh… also, definitely recommend the spinach nan. Yum!

My wife and I have tried a number of Indian restaurants only to be disappointed with the quality. Tandoori King was a dream come true in terms of what real Indian food should taste like. Excellent quality from the lamb curry to the excellent butter chicken. Spiced just right the portions were adequate and served hot from the kitchen. The service was good as well. Order ala carte as there is no buffet but you will not be disappointed!

amazing food. Really impressed with the restaurant overall. 4 star only because they forgot to pack an item when we last ordered our take out. We inconvenienced and had to go back to pick it up. They were extremely apologetic and offered 10% off our next order. I’d order from here again
