Went here for some lunch one day. I had the lasagne it was so good! Also some of the best garlic toast I’ve ever had.

Delivery took 2 hours, and quality marginally acceptable but does not worth the price. We ordered a large, which should better named as medium or regular. So too expensive for 40 bucks(including delivery and tip)! And there was raw tomato put on top after cooking, strange!

We have tried them out several times over the last year and a half. The crust and sauce are quite good but we are always concerned with the volume of toppings. We decided to give them one last try tonight and were careful to specify that we felt the toppings were light in the past. To ensure there was no misunderstanding we ordered double toppings at extra cost. We had tried this in the past but the results were less than desirable. The total was over $ 28 for two 10″(medium) pizzas. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. Despite the fact that we had ordered double toppings they were just shy of adequate even though there was an additional cost for double toppings. I had expressed my concerns to both the owner and the cook but there was no attempt to rectify my concerns only a statement from the owner that«if he said he put double toppings on then he did». I guess the partial piece of pepperoni about the size of a quarter on one of the pieces of pizza was considered acceptable as double topping in their opinion. Their pizza has all the right ingredients just not enough. Our search continues for a decent mom and pop pizza restaurant, easily accessible from the Riverbend area as we have ordered our last pizza from Spartacus. However, if you are on a topping diet – especially one low on protein based toppings – then this is the place for you!

Oh Spartacus, Greek God of insanely filling, huge pasta, I bow to thee! This is not the place you order take out from if you are watching your girlish figure. This is where you order from for seriously heavy, soul filling pasta/pizza dishes. We ordered the $ 22 «2-person»(ha! Ya it fed 2 of us, twice!) pasta meal with one lasagna and one spaghetti. Both were delicious but I would order the spaghetti over the lasagna. It came with 2 large meatballs, Caesar salad and the most mouth watering, think cut, butter drenched garlic toast ever! I’m not kidding you, this place is worth the drive for the garlic toast alone! Oh and the meat sauce — Make sure to order a side of the meat sauce. Good grief was it good! Pro tip — if you are just driving by and stop in and place an order, head next door to Grub Med for a glass of wine while you wait :)

We’ve heard good things about Spartacus Pizza and decided to give them a try. We ordered one large Pepperoni & Green Pepper and one medium Greek for pick up. The staff person asked for my name, said«20 minutes» and hung up without giving a total. When I arrived they had prepared both as Mediums for $ 28 which I found to be quite expensive. When I explained that we had ordered one large and one medium they offered to make the large pizza if I would pay the difference in price(not to mention watching the other pizza grow cold while the family waited at home). There was no offer to make up for their mistake in getting the order wrong. The pizzas were both overcooked, the crust had the consistency of cement. We did like the toppings and the sauce. If the pizzas had not been overcooked we would have rated this as very good pizza. We won’t order from Spartacus again. Parkallen Restaurant consistently makes better pizza.
