I ordered the plain & simple perogy dish this weekend at the City Centre farmer’s market. For $ 5, you get 7 potato/cheese filled perogies, loaded with butter and a small smattering of an onion/bacon jam-like topping. I found the perogies good, but nothing spectacular. The whole dish had the same texture — would’ve been nice if the bacon bits were crisp and perhaps if there was fresh dill it would bring some freshness to the dish as well.
