I have been going here for deep tissue massages for awhile now and i have no complaints! I usually see Scott and he is great and yes, it is not like a usual deep tissue massage because he focuses on trigger point release. However, this method works wonders! People like me that deal with really tight muscles that cause headaches, would really benefit for going to Scott. I have tried a few massage places in Edmonton and this is my favourite place by far.

I highly recommend this business for anyone who is dealing with long term pain or discomfort, wether it is from a sports injury (mine is a compressed disc in my neck) or accident related. The staff make it their responsibility and goal to figure out how to help each patient. They are polite and professional with every client, always making sure you have everything you need with health coverage, comfortable environment and so on. I have never experienced a health and wellness business as great as this one.
I also have been dealing with skin related auto immune deficiencies and the staff has helped with ideas on how to treat my skin and what kind of products to try and I have had immediate success!
An all around great deep tissue massage therapy centre! … (not for the sensitive ppl! Or for relaxation! These girls are strong!!!)

I cant believe the magic Scott worked on my back neck and shoulders!
I went in thinking that the pain I experience on a daily basis is something I can live with and will have to live with for the rest of my life, and that I would receive some relief from massage.
I have been it 2 car accidents in my life 10 years ago, and have lasting pain from them, I also work as a hairstylist and suffer from a lot of job related muscle pain.
Scott assessed what I needed and went to work like a pro! He used trigger point therapy and educated me on what was happening and why.
I left feeling very good and am still feeling amazing, no pain anymore, It is such a relief. He used a magical muscle spray in the end that felt like tiger balm but NO CHEMICALS!
Clean nice smelling environment! The price was VERY reasonable, Front desk staff very nice, offering a bottle of water after treatment and so friendly. Lovely tea available too.

It was alright. I came here because of the high reviews, and I saw Scott. He does a deep tissue where he presses at a muscle and continues pressing rather than massaging with his hands. I’m not used to this deep tissue, so it wasn’t as satisfying because his focus was on one muscle where he’d apply a lot of pressure. Usually, I knock out after a good massage, that’s one way I know my body is detoxed. Wasn’t the case here. The office and the room were very clean though.
I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

I had to wait till the next day in order to give a proper review, you always need to see the after effects of the massage.
To start I had recently got into MVA and the physiotherapist was not giving me proper treatment. I was suffering severe headaches and back pain. I looked on Unilocal to find a place with good rating and luckily I stumbled upon ProMedma. Booking an appointment was fast and easy which was great (no hassle).
About 14 years ago I took massage therapy at Grant and a few extra courses on holistic (btw I left that profession years ago and got into the Oil & Gas), so I know what I’m looking for in a therapist. I’m telling you that it is hard to find a good therapist who is willing to do what you say and fix your problem areas. I have a very high standard when it comes to my massage treatment. In all honesty I have not found a «Great» massage therapist residing in Edmonton. I went from wholistic centers to chiropractic offices and still no one that I personally like.
I came in early to the clinic to fill out forms, I noticed how clean and neat the office is (that’s a nice introduction).
The admin was very helpful in answering all my questions especially on my MVA.
The RMT Scott came and got me on time. He was very thorough with the assessment and was doing my treatment in no time.
I was happy with the pressure and the trigger points he was hitting, he listened to my complaints about my chronic headaches and he did his best to resolve them.
After the hour was over he met me up front and I booked a massage with him for every week this December month.
This was the first most effective treatment I have gotten from my MVA. My neck was less tight and I woke up this morning with no headaches! Not only did I have a very peaceful sleep but I woke up with less pain.
This is the place to go, hands down, I’m not lying or exaggerating. If you can’t book with Scott (he’s very busy and always booked solid) go see the other therapists in the clinic, they all have a similar therapeutic skill.
I am going to refer this clinic to all my friends, family, coworkers, ppl walking down the street and everyone on Unilocal.
Seriously go here if you have any type of muscle issues.

A professional, all-​around knowledgeable and friendly place for a massage that really works. Personally, I need my massages to really improve pain and make a difference in my body. That’s exactly what I get each time I go to ProMedMa.
I usually go to Scott, and have never been unhappy with my results. I just go anytime I feel tense, or if I’m in pain at all. Usually it’s for my back/​neck pain, a few times my knee, from running. Several times, I was in pain after the massage for several days, but after that, the pain always disappeared completely. Scott is confident in his work, and knows what works. His passion for his career, and the human body, show through in his work as well.
I have also seen Brittany once, who provided a more relaxing, but equally helpful massage for a migraine. I had never had a migraine before, and it lasted about 2 days before I decided to get a massage. The migraine was gone the morning after the massage. Even if it was a coincidence, she provided immense comfort to the pain I was experiencing, at the very least.
I’m so glad I have found a massage therapist, and company I can trust. I know I will never be disappointed with the results they are able to provide.

Everything from booking my first appointment to my very first medical massage therapy were well organised. Jodie, the receptionist aka owner of ProMedMa boasts of an utterly friendly disposition yet professional. It’s so easy to chat with Jodie while waiting for the massage therapy to start. Really does makes one feels at home. It’s the little little things that really brings me back here again and again.
My first appointment was with Scott. He would ask a couple of questions regarding my back and would then briefly let me know where he will be working on. To top it all off, he is knowledgeable and very skilful in his profession. The pain in my back soon eased away. Thanks to his great massage skills.
After the first appointment, my back was definitely pleased. So, I had a second appointment but with Trisha instead (since I find myself becoming a regular, I might as well give a few a try). She was a-​ma-​zing! I was questioned the same way as with Scott but for the last bit of my session with Trisha was quite practical and helpful. She went above and beyond her call of duty to teach me a couple of stretches that I could actually do it at home. It was fairly simple and straightforward. What a lovely finishing touch. :)

Willow MacLeod has been my acupuncturist for about two years and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her manner is caring, gentle, powerful, relaxing and effective. She doesn’t just treat «the problem», she looks for and treats the cause of the problem, resulting in healing and relief. I see her mainly for chronic and debilitating pain caused by status migrainosis, and she has also worked on me for neck and back pain, my sinuses, and a cardiac problem. She has also treated my husband and 93-​year-​old father-​in-​law, with great results. To me, acupuncture is like taking high-​quality vitamins and minerals — it slowly results in positive, long-​lasting health improvements.
