I went to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet with a girlfriend and her two teen boys. The pizza was warm but not hot. They had a decent variety of pizza, a cold pasta, a hot pasta, a salad, a desert pizza, bread sticks, and marinara sauce for dipping. The items never ran out, so it was well stocked. I am not super picky when it comes to a buffet, so I was satisfied with what I got for $ 9.99. This buffet would be good to take your kids/teens to or people who eat a lot in general because you’d definitely get your money worth. I would go back, if you’re looking for a large amount of pizza for cheap, this is a good place. Our waitress was polite and our drinks were filled as needed. So all in all I was satisfied with my experience, It was nothing spectacular but I got what I needed so I can’t complain.

My boyfriend and I are staying in Edmonton for a few nights and since the hotel restaurant isn’t open past 10, we ordered from the Pizza Hut down the road. We ordered delivery from the website, which crashed twice, but wasn’t too big of a problem. The PANormous one-topping pizza with a free 2L pop was on for 12.99, so that’s what we got! We added extra toppings, fries, and Cinnaparts — a dessert we hadn’t tried from PH. The pizza arrived exactly half an hour after we ordered. The pizzas were of typical Pizza Hut quality(which is fine by me!), though the toppings were mostly put in the middle and not much was on the edges. The fries were okay, kinda dry, but not bad. And the Cinnaparts would have been heavenly if the middle had been cooked all the way through. The meal wasn’t too bad but I had another option, I would probably order from somewhere else.

Worst service ever waited almost an hour and a half for a pizza to arrive cold. Then the manager who didn’t seem to care did not want to give us a discount for said pizza. He also tried saying the pizza delivery man was outside and still hadn’t arrived for another 15 minutes I will never order from this pizza hut again they get a –10 out of 10.

I was ordering online from Pizza Hut but had an issue so I called to place my order. For one of the pizzas, I asked that there be no onions on half of the pizza. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and told me it would be about 30 minutes. After the delivery guy dropped off the pizzas, we opened the box to find the one pizza was cheese only for half of the pizza. I checked the receipt and it stated cheese only. I called the ordering line and was transferred to customer service instead of the ordering line. The woman asked if I wanted the correct pizza sent and I said yes. She said the store made the error and not the person who took the order. We received a called about 5 minutes later from the store asking if we received our order. I said yes, and told them it was incorrect. He asked if we wanted the correct pizza delivered and I said yes so he said it would be delivered shortly. I had a couple of slices from the incorrect pizza, from the half that was correct. When the delivery driver came, he asked for the this pizza back. Once he saw a few pieces weren’t there, he said it’s ok and we could keep it. I didn’t realize we shouldn’t have had eaten the incorrect pizza and would have been fine with that if they communicated it to me. They made a mistake and corrected it without a hassle. Pizza was good with decent amount of toppings. Would order from them again and hope no mistakes next time.

Really unimpressed… in Edmonton for business and ordered delivery from Pizza Hut on 101 Ave /178 Street… because I was in a hotel and ordered a salad I asked for a fork — no fork. I ordered a personal pepperoni lovers” with onions and received a pizza with about 6 pieces of pepperoni and onions on 1 of 4 pieces. If this is a «pepperoni lovers» pizza — I would hate to see just a regular pepperoni pizza! And onions was supposed to be on all of it — NOT. Sent a message to FB and they had me sent in a ‘contact me’ message — which I did. My response from them was that I could go into the restaurant and have $ 20 on account there. I go to Edmonton, maybe once a year, if that, so this really doesn’t do anything for me, and I emailed back and explained that and said maybe if they had gift cards… I received an email tonight saying: «I noticed that your address says calgary but we dont sell or keep gift cards in our stores. But whenever you visit Edmonton please give us a chance to srve you better.» So, I told them I would be posting about the situation, so hopefully no one else gets this kind of food! Pretty sad, because I love Pizza Hut’s food! But very disappointed here
