Quality donair.
Got to scratch another donair shop off my list tonight. Friends suggested it as a good option in the area. They even deliver if you are in their radius.
I was impressed.
Small, unasuming little shop.
No glitz.
Solid donair.
Server was very friendly and personable.
Meat was well seasoned, sweet sauce was quite good and veggies were fresh.
All told, my Super Donair and bottle of water was ~$ 10. The rest of their prices also seamed reasonable.
Will I drive accross town to eat here? Probably not. Would I be very content to have this as my neighbourhood donair shop?

I had no idea that this little gem was here! I live about 10 minutes away, was on my way home, and looked at Unilocal during a previous stop. This restaurant is small and very casual with a pretty typical menu for a donair place. Prices very reasonable and the food enjoyable. My 19yr old son and I each had a regular donair and shared a regular size fries. Too much food for the 2 of us, most of the fries went uneaten.
Well worth a try!

Olympus has the freshest donair in Edmonton. From the moment we walk into this small donair shop, we regularly receive friendly accommodating service. The donair is prepared quickly. It is great to have the option of many fresh or pickled vegetables. The french fries are hot, fresh & not over done. The donair itself is just the right amount of juicy without too many drippings.
Overall one of the best donair experiences in Edmonton.
The falafel could be the best ever experienced in Northern Alberta.
The shop is tucked away in a quiet Old Riverbend mall just off the 53rd avenue Whitemud freeway.
Worth the trip for a quick and reasonably priced snack.
