Usually I love mucho burrito. Today I was excited to see that finally they have solo corn versus corn with beans and cilantro(i taste cilantro to be quite dirty). When asking for just corn was told there was an upcharge. I was confused as to how removing beans and cilantro cost more but was only explained that they were a specialty item. They then made me «feel better» by telling me that I would only have to pay next time. The lady was rude about the entire situation and proceeded to put as little topping as possible on my burrito. Disappointed that I will no longer be able to visit this location.

I enjoy Mucho Burrito. I don’t go to this one often at all, mostly because I live nowhere near this location, but I was going to the cinema in that area for a movie and needed a quick bite. This fits the bill. I went in and was second in line. The girl behind the counter started making my burrito, but seemed to be having trouble making out what I wanted in it. When I heard her talking to herself, I realized she only spoke Spanish! I wasn’t expecting that! Luckily I know enough Spanish to order food, and we did well after that, but if a person didn’t, it could have been a really frustrating experience. She didn’t know how to use the cash register properly, either, and went to give me the wrong change, but I brought up the calculator on my phone and showed her how much she really owed me, and she corrected right away. It was a unique experience, to say the least… but the burrito was tasty and spicy, so I was happy in the end!

The three taco deal for $ 9 is pretty good but there a few rules… The first rule of Mucho Burrito is DONOTHAVETHECHORIZO!!! The second rule of Mucho Burrito is DONOTHAVETHECHORIZO!!! #3DO have the soft tortilla as its slightly bigger and can carry the most toppings #4DO have the pulled pork, string beef, pico de gallo, and guacamole I like that they have a liquor license so you can have a servesa with your tacos!

Terrible mucho burrito location. Used to be a loyal mb fan. Driving from the west end to down town several days a week to eat mb. Unfortunately when some chains get big they also get stupid and arrogant. This location is a prime example of that. Staff refuse to serve items that are clearly on the menu.

The service is decent most of the time, but the burritos are not always assembled with the most care. To last time my husband went to grab take out for lunch, I decided to get a trio of tacos, and they were Not edible. Cold meat, the incorrect salsa and one side of the she’ll so soggy that td it was falling apart made me never want to try that again. My husband likes the burritos, when he can eat them without making a mess, but the quality just isn’t there for me.

Terribly rude staff which makes the ordering process just plain awful! The staff are condescending and not helpful which can be challenging with a menu that needs explanation. No way will I go through this again, does not matter what I think of the food which in my opinion is mediocre. The facility as far as sanitation and hygiene is below standard as well, so this fast food joint gets a two star and a no return to this location: better Mucho Burritos elsewhere in the city.

Still a fan but they changed how you order however and that is, in my opinion, so they can charge more for add ons etc. What really was unfortunate was the attitude of the person who helped me at the counter. No personality, confrontational when I had questions and did not ask me at all about any add ons so I just didn’t get any. When things change questions will be asked and they should be answered in a calm friendly manner not a rude sighing nature. So if you get the little shorty I hope she is in a better mood. Such a pretty girl but ugly attitude. Fortunately she did what I went there for and made a great quesadilla for me. Love the hot salsa as it is actually possessive of some heat! Also like that you can take home sensational bottles of mouth tantalizing spice if you like. Now go get yourself a taste of Mexico!

Just thinking about this place puts a smile on my face — where else are you greeted by lively fiesta music as soon as you open your car door? Once inside, it’s bright, cheerful and clean, albeit more like a fast food place than a restaurant. There are no waiters, but the staff is very friendly and helpful as you order your food at the counter a la Subway — there is something about getting to specify exactly what you want in your burrito as you watch it being made that increases its deliciousness factor for me. The food tastes fresh and well-made, and I especially recommend the fish or pork burritos, which are HUGE. They also have child-friendly selections and your little ones can enjoy the casualness and the music. One caveat — they have an extra-hot offering that is BEYOND hot — Peter would never pick a peck of these peppers without flame retardant gloves for protection. I love spicy but could only handle three bites before needing to give my mouth a break. Try it if you’re feeling adventurous, but remember I warned you :-D

Growing up in the US, I am used to excellent & cheap Mexican food on the go — especially from food trucks! While we don’t have the same options here, Mucho Burrito does offer quick service, 5 salsas, and fresh cilantro and jalapeños. My favorite is the tilapia fish burrito with tomatillo salsa, hot salsa, jalapeños, and cilantro! So why only 4 stars you ask? The prices are higher than I would like to pay but I keep coming back :-) PSSUTP book has coupons!

Ok, I’ll admit it I’m a fan of Mexican food… turn on some Mexican music, get out the tortillas and salsa, and order a burrito, or taco, or taco salad from Mucho Burrito and be sure to invite me over:) A little while ago I tried the fish taco, and although I’m not a big fan of fish I discovered they even do fish right! The burridos are so good(I recommend the pork). I have found friendly staff at different locations. The resturant has a fast food kind of feel inside. I highly recommend taking your order outside into a fresh summer evening and savour the wonderful taste out superb Mexican food. Muy Bien!

I love Mucho Burrito. Mexican is one of my favourite foods and this is the best Mexican fast food place in Edmonton, in my opinion. I always get the pork quesadilla and it is delicious. I also really like their cinnamon rolls. The staff at this location are always very friendly as well.

Really exceptional food for a fast food place! The carnitas(pork) is flavourful and moist(I think the other meats I’ve had there are good too, I just can’t stop ordering the pork!) and there is a selection of salsas from mild to hot which taste like homemade(if you make good salsa at home). There is no powdered meat, questionable cheese sauce or hot sauce in packets here — it’s all fresh and delicious. The serving sizes are enormous and the staff are friendly and efficient. If only there was a mucho burrito in St. Albert!

I am constantly on the hunt for a «fast food» place that can be classified as «healthy»(according to my definition of the word) and Mucho Burrito fits that bill! This location specifically is great for lunch and even a dinner before a movie if you aren’t looking for something fancy. The festive music is a great addition to the feel of the whole place and the décor is bright and cheerful — just like you imagine a fiesta would be like! The staff are very efficient — getting through a long lunch line in a short amount of time is very important when you have to get back for work and they manage it very well. The food is good quality and quantity for the price and I like places that have an assembly line because you can customize any menu item to be exactly what you want. Continuing the Mexican theme they even have a special imported soda pop collection for you to select from!

There is another Mucho Burrito in Edmonton! YAY! I love Mucho so much that are no words to describe it! This location is really nice too. The inside is beautiful — even nicer than the one downtown. They have Mexican music playing outside which is absolutely wonderful and I wanted to dance my way inside. Actually, I did dance once I got inside. My boyfriend was a little embarrassed. Oh well! The burritos at Mucho are so amazing. They have white or whole wheat tortillas that you can fill with beef or chicken. They have brown or black beans that you add to rice, veggies, and cheese. You can choose mild, medium or hot sauce. And for an extra 99 cents, you can have fresh guacamole which is totally to dies for! Then you can top it with cilantro and jalapenos and enjoy your tasty creation! I love it! And this location was selling cheap movie tickets($ 8.50 to be exact) when you bought a combo. Such a great deal! Mucho is my favourite fast food place in the city because it’s fresh, it’s healthy, it’s delicious. TRYIT!
