Millcreek Optometry Centre

I have gone to Millcreek for my eye exams quite a few times over the years and have found them to be very professional. The last time I went, though, I wanted to get a new prescription but keep my frames because I like these frames very much. They refused to do that, so I went elsewhere and have not been back. Today, I received a brochure from them in the mail and have been thinking of paying them a visit as I definitely need an examination. I still have the same frames and would still like to keep them I’m planning to give Millcreek another try. If they are willing to make lenses for my existing frames now, I’ll revise my rating.

I have been coming to Millcreek Optometry format years. At least 10 if not longer now. I have seen all three of the Optometrists on staff that are there now. I read one review about a person that had a bad visit and waited a long time and didn’t see their doctor. I’m not sure what happened for them but in all of the years coming here I haven’t had any experiences like that at all. Most times my appointments are on schedule and very efficient and quick.
I am very satisfied with the Doctors and have no complaints at all with them.
The place is bright and clean and they keep it that way and update the décor with the times.
The desk staff have been here for many years as well so I think that is a good sign that this is a good business to work for.
They also have a nice eye glass centre attached to their office.
There is a parking lot out front and street parking around the corner if it fills up (which I have never experienced). I also suspect getting here by transit is easy as they are close to bus stops right in front on 82 Ave.
I would recommend this place to anyone that asks me!

I WAS a customer until recently. I arrive 5 minutes late and am told the doctor will be right with me. If being 5 minutes late is a problem, let me know I will rebook! After sitting for 30 minutes I left. I assumed that someone would contact me to discuss, but nothing! I guess I will just take my business elsewhere as I really do not like being a customer where I am not appreciated.

We fill their presciptions at the office I work at, and they are a pleasure to deal with and our clients say wonderful things about them.
Having gone there myself a few times I can see why! Attentive, punctual, and seem to genuinely care about their patients.
