Mighty Clean Carpet Care

My review is strictly based on customer service, because I ended up NOT going with Mighty Clean for my carpets after all.
Getting in contact with this company is painful. After not receiving a response to multiple emails from the «contact us» section of their website, I decided to find their number and call them to receive and estimate and book a cleaning. When I called I was told to go back to the contact section on the website and fill out the form again, and they would call me back after reviewing it. So I did this, and was expecting a phone call. I did not receive a call or email back, even though they knew that I was expecting a response. I called back and was just told to do the same thing. So I basically said to hell with this, and gave up on Mighty Carpet.
I found AM Steam — they called me within 24 hours, and came and did my carpet cleaning within the week. I was very happy.
I think that Mighty Carpet should make their company more accessible to people who call. I initially wanted to use their service but seeing other reviews and dealing with them over the phone makes me think that I did the right thing by going somewhere else. Not impressed with the communication issues.

I had purchased a sofa, and the delivery guys had made an unfortunate mess with their dirty hands on my beautiful new *light* blue fabric sofa. (The delivery guys decided to unwrap it to get it through all the doors. Note to self for next time: don’t let them do that.)
The store I purchased from was helpful and arranged the cleaning from Mighty Clean, they addressed all the soiled areas like it has never happened!
They arrived on time, and as I live in a secure building, one of the gents offered to supervise the open door due to their hoses. Perhaps next time I’ll see if we can’t run the hoses over the railing.
The fellow overseeing the cleaning even offered to take a look at my bedroom carpet and see what he could do while they were there. I didn’t take him up on it as the sofa was my focus that morning.
I will be calling them back to clean a stain on my sofa — my fault (darn pen) and look forward to inviting them into my home again.
