I would seriously give 0 stars if this were an option. This is by far the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. They said they would get to me within the hour, ok fine, an hour and a half later I called, oh sorry we are just dropping this other car right now we are on our way. 20 minutes tops ok??? Begrudgingly I said ok. 45 minutes later I called, oh sorry stuck in traffic on the white mud, I promise 20 minutes no more. Doubtfully I said ok, and called another tow company. The other company said they’ll be an hour and a half. Holy hell, fine, I said I’ll wait. I’ll be damned if the other company didn’t beat them anyhow. No calls, no heads up, no customer service. I was already towed to the shop before they called to see where I was almost 6 hours later. For the love of god don’t call them

My husband became stranded after his vehicle would not start, he googled«edmonton tow truck» on his phone and these guys popped up. They came to pick him and the car up and towed our car to the dealership which was all fine, untill my husband pulled out his credit card to pay them. THEYONLYTAKECASH! They fail to tell you this on their website or when you call. The kicker was my husband had the flu so he was throwing up every half hour(he was leaving work to come home because he was sick when his car wouldn’t start), we asked if we could email money transfer them as we were standing there but they said no, they made us follow them to the nearest ATM and get them cash. AREYOUSERIOUSLYKIDDINGME? If I was a female(which I am), alone at night I don’t think I would want to drive to an ATM and take out cash with two strange men waiting for me outside the bank! I don’t know how many people carry hundreds of dollars in cash on them, but we certainly don’t. No one expects to be in the situation where they need a tow truck so I cannot believe these guys don’t take credit cards. They need to be upfront with people when they call about what types of payment they take, I can only imagine what would happen if someone was financially strapped and only had credit to use. As my husband was walking away from their truck after handing them the cash I could see them laughing. I certainly didn’t think it was funny…
