KFC/Taco Bell

Location is absolutely horrible, customer service is horrible at this location the
store is slow as hell getting food and when you do get food it is cold because it
sits on the counter before it gets to you. Many times you go into this store and
there is no one at the front cash to actually help customers and take their
orders. Over all this store is horribly run. If you make a complaint via the taco
bell website and ask to speak to the regional manager they simply don’t
respond to you. Who ever this Franchisee is has no clue about customer
service. Over all avoid this store it is absolutely horrible! The store number of

Many times you go in and the tables are filthy and not even cleaned.
I have had multiple issues with this store and have gone into the store and
waited over 15 minutes just to get food. Bottom line is avoid this store at all
costs! It is horribly run and who ever the franchisee is doesn’t care about
customer service!

Have gone to KFC 3 times now and it is terrible every time. Never again!
Taco bell is just as bad if not worse. I have ordered the fries supreme 3 times aswell and each time it was disgusting, cold, and fries so dry they tasted like cardboard.

Toonie Tuesday has now become something like $ 3.49 Tuesday for 2 pieces of chicken and fries. That’s probably the only thing they sell on Tuesday and I recently bought it. I’m not a big fan of greasy KFC but once in a year, I have it and hope I don’t feel disgusting from the grease I ingested.
Inside the restaurant you can find the KFC menu items and Taco Bell. Over the years I have eaten here and I find the tables aren’t cleaned promptly and just dirty. They could use a good renovation to replace the 20 – 30 year old tables and chairs.
I would suggest getting take out or go through the drive thru. Last time we asked and they ran out of ketchup. What fast food place runs out of ketchup?
So many other delicious foods to eat, KFC won’t be my next meal anytime soon.
