We are a Family owned and operated European Import and Deli for over 54 years. Specializing in freash made daily in house sausage, as well as import products from all of europe. We have gluten free products as well as nitrite, gluten, msg, and allergy free sausage. We take care in all the products we make, because we have families too.

History

Established in 1956.

Albert Krause came over from germany in 1955 with his two older brothers. They started there first store on the north side and then in later years opened two more on the southside. We only have one store now but we still pride ourselves on the same values and attention to detail my Albert taught me.

Manager

I have been working at K&K now for 15 years and have been the manger for 10. I have been a meatcutter for over 20 years and have been making sausage for 15. I went to university of P.E.I for business and have worked for many companies over the years from one side of Canada to the other. My favorite store which is owned by my new family is my favorite. It has such a diverse range of products from around the world, and most of all I get to make and experiment with sausage. My goal now is to make the best tasting and healthy sausage there can be for my family, my friends, and for you, my new friends.
