iT Happens is an Edmonton based third party, after warranty repair centre for Apple products. We provide services to iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Mac computers. We can fix your broken iPhone, broken iPad, broken iPod, and even your broken Mac computer. We offer a 6 month warranty on all repairs, and should the repair take longer than a day, we offer loaner devices, so you are never disconnected from your digital life.

History

Established in 2013.

Every business starts with an idea. Ours is no different. iT Happens is a collaboration between father and son to provide accurate, quality, and affordable repairs for Apple products in the city of Edmonton.

My previous work experience includes 3 ½ years at a Vancouver Apple retail store as well as a third party repair centre by the name of iRepair. Both proved to be very different working experiences, and also shaped how iT Happens operates. The Apple retail experience brought with it the proper way of doing repairs, from having ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe mats on your desks, grounding yourself when working on computers, as well as the skill of multitasking repairs while maintaining a clean working environment. But Apple has a drawback, their repairs are expensive and quite limited. I left Apple and began working for iRepair. It was here that I learned the skills to perform the repairs I always wanted to do, at a price point that is completely affordable for the customer. But with iRepair, the working environment was cramped, messy, and altogether unsafe.

iT Happens is the best of both worlds, offering all the repairs that Apple doesn’t, but at their same standard of excellence.
