Meet the Business Owner

Christina I.

Business Owner

Christina Ignacio-​Deines is IDBohemia’s Designer and Artist. Trained in Fine Arts, she brings a designer and painter’s eye to business and entrepreneurship. She is our creative voice, planning and creating entire concepts, down to the details of custom jewellery for her brides.

IDBohemia’s unique style is largely informed by Christina’s independent artistic practice with diverse projects in painting, drawing, installation, jewellery and photography; her work features in private collections in Edmonton, Toronto, Calgary, Sault Ste. Marie, Seattle and Marrakech. From event design to artistic installation, painting to photography, she seeks to break down barriers between cultures, mediums, aesthetics, art and commerce. Flowers say one thing, cactus another, and she very much enjoys showing people why through her intensive artistic training and understanding.

Christina is a recipient of the 2013 Wedding Industry Experts Award for Best Event Designer in Edmonton.
