Hmm disappointed. It’s not busy here yet everything is out of places. Cafeteria is messy (tables wkth garages left behind. chairs scattered out of places) and so is the bathroom.. Lots things are out of order and old. Cafeteria service is extremely slow for a quiet day.. Foods are overpriced for its quality. I am not happy with the experience here after visiting the indoor playground on Southside.

I think this must be the biggest indoor playground in Edmonton, complete with just about any type of play structure you can think of, for all ages. Trampolines, video games, air soft games, baby area, crazy slides, ball pits, and tunnels galore.
The entire place is clean and well-​maintained, including bathrooms and party rooms.
The café is predictably over-​priced (and you aren’t allowed to bring food in as is the status quo with these places), but fresh (which isn’t necessarily the status quo).

My sister invited me to meet her at Hide N Seek on the weekend and I honestly had no idea what she was talking about. When I got there I didn’t have to pay an entrance fee — I just told them «My sister is already in there,» they stamped me, and away I went.
It. Was. Awesome.
I haven’t had so much fun as an adult in a long time. My nephews were pulling me along, taking me down slides (which were a rush, even as an adult), shooting foam balls from air guns, and of course there was the ball pit. I loved how I didn’t get in trouble for playing with the boys.
My sister drives from Athabasca to go to Hide N Seek once every week or two. It’s a great time for everyone!

For $ 10 of unlimited play time for a day you really can’t go wrong. My toddler went nuts here and had a blast. They have a trampoline pit, touch screen dance mats, slides on top of slides, and a nifty ball bit with black lighting. Its also easy for parents to climb and get around to keep an eye on their little ones.

The kids had an amazing time. Great place for a birthday party. Excellent customer service. Very safe and really clean.

Nice enough facility, but crowded and grossly overpriced with little to no staff supervision. Kids seemed to have fun though. Doubt I’d go out of my way to go back.

Two levels that offer loads of fun for kids. A large area in the middle for the ones under 3. Lots of seating around the smaller kid area that allows you to see everything. Nice seating in the café. I have a child with a peanut allergy and they claim to be peanut free. I asked to see the box for the cookies they had for sale and right on the box. Peanuts. Cookies made with Reece peanut butter cups. So parents please be aware. Lots of fun games too but a bit more expensive than other play places and the payouts for the tickets sucked. Food is typical. Over priced but an ok selection. Not much if you don’t eat carbs tho. All around lots of fun. Will return.

This is likely the best indoor playground of its kind in the city. It had a super large play structure for kids, the biggest toddler structure I’ve seen, was very clean and keeps kids entertained and active for several hours.
A few cons: several of the games ate coins, the ball air shooter feature is really loud (too loud for my four year old to want to go near it), making the entire place sound like a construction site. The trampolines were closed because they were broken which people were grumbling about — people wouldn’t mind as much if they gave everyone some ride/​game tokens to make up for it. It wouldn’t cost them anything.

Love, love, love this place. The place is very clean and very big, the café has lots of choices with very reasonable price, not like the other places that try to rip you off. I love the fact they have a place for toddler, my little one loves it so much and I feel a peace of mind to let my little one play in there. The staff are very friendly but there are couple ones are kinda not very helpful.

Of all the kiddo play places, this is my favourite because they designed it with adults in mind — You don’t have to break your back climbing the structures with your kids and can even take a normal side set of stairs to the second floor.
There is a giant foam ball battle pit where I usually park my carcass and pick off little kids at random. But seriously, it’s an awesome feature that I thoroughly with my 3 year old.
My six year old loves to explore the giant climbing structure and various slides. There is also mini trampolines upstairs and a toddler play area.
It’s cleaner than most play places I’ve been to and you actually have to get checked out by a human before leaving as opposed to the places where your kids can push their way out.

Took my little cousin here for his birthday the other day and we both had a wonderful time. It was our first visit and we signed a waiver, and then entered into the play area. We were given a discount on the admission and also some free tokens! Having the smaller child area, private rooms, and then gigantic play structure was nice to cater to different demographics.
The various games they have are super fun and very unique, including a hammer game, spider game similar to whack a mole, and a very interesting house of the dead for kids but with water gun type game!
The play structure itself was very intricate with many obstacles, a giant play put, guns that shoot balls, a spider climbing structure, and countless slides — it was a super workout!
It was a fun and fantastic time for a very reasonable price and there is ample parking.

We took our 15 month old here today to have a run around, and he had a good time. The place is big and fairly clean, considering how many kids are in here on a regular basis. They have a toddler area, which is always a bonus, but those never hold Finn’s attention for long.
So, why only three stars? We got there well before noon on Friday, but we’re still charged for a weekend admission. I could see if it was after three, maybe, but a regular Friday is not a weekend. Ten bucks for a 15 month old is steep. Most places I’ve been to are either steeply discounted or free for Littles under two.
There are signs with rules posted everywhere, but not a single staff member around enforcing any of them. The toddler area is supposed to be three and under, but there were plenty of kids over that age tearing around in there. That makes it less than safe for the really little ones.
There were also several kids who felt the need to take toy shopping carts from the theme play room, one metal, into the toddler area and chuck them down the slide. Where they parents were is beyond us, but this is why more staff presence would be great.
We didn’t try the food, but not many people seemed to be eating it. They have a policy of no outside food, which I kind of get, but I didn’t even feel comfortable giving Finn baby food there. It felt taboo.
There are plenty of washrooms, which is awesome, lots of parent seating, and a small kids only trampoline park. The arcade was quite underwhelming, but Finn was quite taken with the dance game, which played only Korean pop music.
The waiver was easy to sign and didn’t take long. Also a bonus.
We might be back, but no before checking out somewhere closer to home.

Nice play area for kids. Good fun. Open space. Clean. Good food. Need a few more attendants to look after kids. Need some organization at the front desk. Overall good place. Recommended.

This place is amazing. It really is a great place to bring your kids and great value. I only have four stars because they have a no outside food/​beverage policy and the food isn’t particularly healthy or good and the drinks are really expensive. I will definitely be going back though!

Hide n’ Seek was impressively clean and large. While we were there I saw three separate people whose job it was to constantly clean. The boots area in front, the café, the floors etc. were all spotless. It was busy (on a Monday), but there was enough room for everyone. A little pricey, but when you compare what you get a cheaper indoor playgrounds, you get what you pay for.

This place is amazing and set up for kids of all ages. A 3 and under area, video games, separate room for a marketplace play area, slides, kids trampolines, air canons and these elastic band «floors» that you slowly fall through.
There is bar seating around the younger kids play area, a fairly large café that not only has a screen showing a movie but another cycling through security cam footage.
They are open 9am to 9pm every day with separate rooms if you want to have a birthday party.
Tons of staff on hand keeping things very clean
A definite recommend for anyone with kids for long Edmonton winters.

I came to Hide N Seek Playground last week for the first time and I have to say, of the 6 or so indoor playgrounds I have taken my kiddos to in the past 3 years, this has been the best for one playing!
Hide N Seek has just opened up (7 days a week 9am — 9 pm) with their Grand Opening scheduled for November 16^th!
The prices in the café are quite high with a pudding cup at $ 3 and nachos at $ 17. I think they’d do better to serve up food at a more reasonable cost because at this price, I could take my family out to lunch at the Olive Garden before hand or after and spend about the same.
The playground itself is AMAZING with easy access to adults through stairs to the second floor or being able to actually crouch/​stand through the whole place rather than crawl on your hands and knees.
I was easily able to carry my 3 year old up to the upper levels.
there are numerous slides and a red one that has a quite a steep drop but levels out safely so no one gets hurt.
They have a mini trampoline section upstairs (kids only) just like the ones you’d find at Launch Pad but kiddo sized.
They have an airsoft gun section where kiddos can pelt each other with balls that don’t hurt!
The big kid ball pit was closed on our visit for maintenance but the toddler area one was a hit with my 3 year old as well as all the vehicles he could drive around.
We didn’t check out the arcade on this trip but will most definitely be back.
They offer discounts for military, families with disabled children, and a few others I can’t remember.
Price points are currently a $ 12.50 for 4 years+ and $ 6.50 for Kids under 4 with under 1 being free for weekdays. Weekends are respectively $ 14.50 and $ 9.50.
What I loved most about this place was that there was seating ALL OVER the place for adults. There really wasn’t an area that wasn’t either a) easily accessible to adults or b) without seating for adults. The place was clean as can be with ample staff to answer any questions. My mom had the opportunity to talk with one of the owners who shared that there are two families that decided to open this place together who designed everything from the ground up with parents in mind!
I see many, many trips here this winter!
It would be cool if they offered a punch pass or frequent visitor discount as $ 20 on a weekday and $ 25 on the weekend can add up before you even start buying arcade tokens or food.
