We are a small-sized law firm based in Edmonton, Alberta, and now with a branch office in St. Paul, Alberta, and are dedicated to supporting the success of our clients in any legal matter involving them.

Our extensive experience in litigation has incidentally branded our firm as a litigation boutique, however we also have an experienced group of lawyers who offer a wide range of solicitor services at our firm.

History
Established in 1995.
Hajduk Gibbs LLP is a boutique litigation firm in the west end of downtown Edmonton, established in 1995. We currently have 6 lawyers, each of whom has considerable experience in litigation. We also have lawyers that handle corporate /commercial, family /divorce law, wills & estates, aboriginal law, mediation, intellectual property, debt collections, & foreclosures for commercial lenders.

Rodger G.
Manager
Mr. Gibbs is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Gibbs has extensive legal experience and has been counsel for many people, corporations and financial institutions.
Mr. Gibbs is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator whose advocacy skills have been honed by participation in hundreds of trials, applications, appeals and other matters before all levels of the Alberta Courts, including the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Canada. He has also represented clients’ interests before various administrative tribunals including the Workers’ Compensation Board. Rodger C. Gibbs recently appeared as co-counsel in a case involving s. 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms before the Supreme Court of Canada.
