History

Established in 2006.

Gateway Powersports is a privately owned corporation based in Edmonton, Alberta, and is the creation of Howard Budinski (the sole owner/​operator). What initially began as a small operation back in 2006 with Pocket Bikes with just a few hundred feet of showroom floor and a minimal inventory has now exploded into a massive storefront in just a few years.

Today, Gateway PowerSports is a bustling 8400 square feet in size and has continued to expand and grow, offering a wide variety of motor sports products, as well as specialized mechanics on hand to perform services and repairs on all motor sport vehicles.

We are still growing at an incredible rate and look forward to serving Western Canadians motor sport needs in 2013 and beyond.

Meet the Manager

Cam K.

Manager

Cam is the Manager of Gateway Power Sports and has been involved in the business since the doors opened. Cam first found out about Tao Tao quads when he noticed a gentlemen selling them in a large retail parking lot and then mentioned the idea to a friend who decided to open Gateway Power Sports under Cam’s management and direction. Cam himself is an avid ATV enthusiast himself and when not in the shop helping customers or reading an ATV magazine you can find him with a pot of green tea and nose in a book. Make sure to say Hi when you stop into the store.
