I took my 4 year old here to get her ears pierced for the first time. Please note that my daughter requested ear piercing for her birthday and I did go through all of the pre-​piercing info with her. I did not force it on her at all.
Candice was super patient with my daughter and explained all the steps to ease her tension. The piercing was pretty quick and done in a very clean and sterile room.
I would definitely bring my younger daughter back here to get her ears pierced when she is ready.
The cost was about $ 140 including the jewellery. I found it a little pricey but I’m sure it will be worth it in the end since $ 100 of it went towards the high quality nickel free body grade jewellery.

The service, the attention of the workers, and the quality of the product was amazing! Had a great time and definitely do not regret choosing this salon. The effects, the aftercare and everything worth knowing was explained and all the questions answered! ⁵⁄₅ absolutely.

I feel like these reviews are lacking certain piercings that I’m sure people are wondering about so here I am to break that trend!
I got my VCH and Christina pierced at the same time.
The piercer (George) advised against doing both in one sitting but ultimately it’s my body and he was comfortable with me insisting upon what I wanted.
The process was VERY detailed and I appreciated how well he explained how he pierced and why he used what he did. I was a bit confused at first because from what I researched the Christina is often an L-​bar but he was adamant on that a curved bar is better for that area so I trusted his judgement and am glad I did.
The pain was intense but very short lived. There were no uncomfortable moments which was especially nice considering the fact that they are genital piercings.
Overall I would definitely suggest this place. The price was FAIRLY expensive in my opinion, but I called around the city and it seems like $ 130 as a base for such piercings is average.
Being from Edmonton (now living in Vancouver) I do want to make it said that just because this place is in West Ed Mall it doesn’t make it a «filthy» or «Trashy» to get work done. I know that there is a stigma and unpopular opinion of it, but George knows what he is doing and is beyond qualified. Don’t let stereotypes drive your decision.

What an awful place. I got my ears pierced here, and I’ve never had anyone mangle my ears more in my entire life. Worst piercing job I’ve ever experienced, and they weren’t even straight.

I got my nose and daith pierced by George. The staff was really great, and George is super knowledgable and experienced. Doesn’t necessarily look as alternative as a lot of other piercers, but quite frankly, I’d go with experience over appearances any day. I would definitely recommend going here!

I got a surface anchor between my collar bones done here by the owner, George. He’s been piercing for over 17 years and he seems to know what he’s doing, although he didn’t use a biopsy punch but just a regular piercing needle which I thought was strange but didn’t really question it. The piercing turned out beautifully, bruised a little bit the day after but really didn’t hurt at all and it was pretty much all healed up in the same week. The jewelry used appears to be good quality, which I wouldn’t put past them since they have a huge collection of really nice jewelry in the front glass displays (including tons of Anatometal — seriously good stuff guys). The price was a little bit more than other places charge for a surface anchor but other than that I have no complaints. Everything was done very professionally and George is great to talk to. I had a good time overall and would go back.

Update *I’m currently in here as a type doing my 10^th piece by Derek*
I got my 1^st big tattoo here. I got a large piece done on my back. I got given Derek as my artist as I was told he works well with the piece I needed. I needed a skull with an old scroll with my last name on it with some extra little add ons. I very much liked working with Derek forming this masterpiece. He’s got some crazy talents in picking your brain and putting it on paper for you to visualize it on your skin.
He did a few other small pieces such as the Chinese symbol for determination on my chest and a quote «failure gives me strength, pain is my motivation» — Michael Jordan. Both which turned out extraordinary!
The final piece I had done was a rather large addition to my back. This was tricky as it was completely from the imagination with a little bit of a picture to go off of. Derek captured what I was thinking and I could not be happier with the tattoo and the talent. Such great detail in this picture. I was blown away by his work. I love it.
The owners are also really great to deal with. We now know each other as I work in the mall and there’s always a hello should we pass by in the hall.
I always enjoy going here. It’s soon time to get another one! Looking forward to it!!!
