I really like coming here. It has a real gym feel which you don’t necessarily get at the two other Fit4Less locations in Edmonton. This one has the right space and equipment variety so that I am never waiting. I usually come later at night, sometimes after midnight, and I always feel safe. There has always been other people there even at 3:30am which has been my latest(earliest?) visit. The clientele tends to be younger, 20 – 30’s, and the fitness level is on the healthier, toned side. Having said this, there is still a full range of ages and health levels that come. Never once have I felt out of place. As someone trying to improve my health I find this motivating. I would give it 5 stars but the lack of water is a little limiting(the bathroom sink is the only running water). For sure it gets 4 stars as their higher level membership is transferable to other adults so they can come to they gym with your card when you are not there. My wife and I both use it. It makes a great deal even better.

Gotta love Fit4Less! The concept is great, offer reasonable prices so that everyone has a chance to get in shape. It costs about $ 10 a month for a basic membership and that allows you access to everything 24⁄7 except tanning and massage chairs(who uses those anyway?). They have a wide range of equipment but I think they could cut back a little on the cardio machines and add a few more weight machines considering how many young men use the gym. The main demographic seems to be students because of the low prices. The only downside for me are the dumb automatic doors to enter the gym. You swipe your card and they never work properly and at least 1 out of the 3 is guaranteed to be busted. I also wish they had a water fountain to drink from but I just fill up my bottle in the bathroom sink. They also don’t offer personal training or fitness classes of any kind. Overall it’s a great price for a gym membership and I am happy with it.

This gym isnt bad. Its true that you get what you pay for though. The equipment at this gym is a little on the cheap end. They also dont have showers or water fountains. Showers are not a must but a water fountain is a must! They have a cooler with drinks for sale but only when staff is there. Overall, its decent for the membership cost but there are way better gyms in the city.
