Always very easy to deal with, they can get you a quote quickly over the phone. Never had an issue with getting my orders quickly and complete.

I needed a common bolt to match others i had for a repair. The employee brought me a bolt the same length but different head and head size. He said that was all they had and offered no suggestions on how to help me find it. Poor attitude, bad customer service and lacking selection.

When you need a nut and/​or bolt in Edmonton, where is the first place you would think to go? Edmonton Nut and Bolt. Well, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for anything specific. I required several bolts, washers and nuts for a specific application and they needed to be a specific grade of metal. While they do have some graded bolts, they didn’t have any of the bolts I required and they had no interest in helping me find them. The bolts I needed weren’t particularly rare, so I was surprised they didn’t have them. After they didn’t have they fourth or fifth item I asked for the guy I was dealing with got a bit tired of me it seemed.
So I called Fastenal in Nisku and they didn’t have the bolts in stock since they were in the midst of a move, but they tracked some down for me in Calgary and shipped them overnight so I could get them ASAP.
If you’re looking for just the standard nuts and bolts, you could go to Edmonton Nut and Bolt and find them, but most of those bolts can be found at Home Depot.
