Adequate furniture. Jolene the manager does not follow through. Consistent from first contact to final invoice. She just couldn’t get it right or didn’t do what she said she would frustrating but not many options for furniture rental in Edmonton. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because employee Patrick saved the experience by eagerly and professionally sorting our needs out. We just wanted temporary furniture while our house was being sold. Not difficult.
Replace Jolene and customers will be more satisfied.
