Dynalife DX

I went here today to get my bloodwork ordered from my Doc. I made an appt online which was easy and quick. When I arrived the waiting room was pretty empty. It was quite quick to get in, only waited 5 mins after my appt time. The lady who poked me was pretty plain and boring and didnt say more than two words to me. Nothing great, nothing bad. Wish they gave bandaids instead of cotton and tape.

The whole «Yay! I’m a fan.» thing is a little stretched. I mean, I don’t know if anyone really is a fan of going to a Dynalife to get their arm jabbed with a needle to get blood drawn (or any other bodily fluid testing they may require). However, I never have a problem. The professionals who work here are all very pleasant, address any concerns that you may have, and always make sure to try and stay pain free. And pain free I am after this! No after affects and even without an appointment, they got me in as soon as possible. I think I only waited for about 10 minutes, around 830am on a Wednesday. As far as this kind of service goes, thumbs up from me!

I’ve been here three times in the last two months, each time without an appointment. Each time I’ve had to wait between 5 – 15 minutes. The reason for the longer wait time was because there were lots of people with appointments in before me, which was alright with me. The waiting room is quite large and there are lots of chairs that are NOT all cramped together — really important for me. I never understand why waiting rooms that are presumably full of sick people force people to be in such close quarters.
Staff are generally very professional and pleasant. However, when I was there yesterday I witnessed several staff members being exceptionally friendly and helpful to other patients as well as to myself. Really, really nice. This lab isn’t anywhere near my house, but it is close to my doctor’s office, so I will now make a point to go to this location whenever possible. It is much cleaner, quieter and all around nicer than the other lab I usually go to.
