Coco’s Nest is in a convenient, if not understated, location in Edmonton along 118 Avenue. Staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to please the customers. The place is well kept and there is plenty of parking, too. I am not a meat eater, so my choices are somewhat limited but I’ve tried a few veggie and fish dishes and they did not disappoint. The vegetarian lumpia(spring rolls) was excellent and always freshly deep fried and the pancit was tasty, too! During the Filipino Fiesta(they had a remote location at Churchill Square during the event) I tried the sweet and sour fish with rice and it was also quite delicious. They have a Sunday brunch which I am definitely looking forward to! Keep up the good work, Coco’s Nest :)

You will not find a better place for brunch. The most friendly owner and staff you’ll ever experience. Delicious spread of both traditional and Filipino brunch items with lots of fresh fruit and beverage choices. Kids under 7 are free and at 17 dollars for everyone else it’s well worth it. Please come support this wonderful local restaurant.

I was visiting my family and friends in Edmonton over Christmas/New Year’s time. My friend and I decided to meet on Jan 1 for coffee, not realizing that everything will be closed in Edmonton during that day… Well, after calling many places that seemed to be «open»(as per Unilocal), I finally reached Coco’s and the owner picked up the phone! She was very cheerful and told me that even though they are closed — I could just knock on the door and she will open the place up for me and my friend. She was busy preparing for a party for Jan 2 and so she said it would be no problem if we came in for coffee/tea. My friend and I ended up ordering nachos as well — and they were delicious! Great atmosphere as well! We loved the fish tank and decorations. Very nice family restaurant! :)

We rent the whole restaurant for our Christmas Party and we really had fun!!! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to throw a birthday party or family gatherings. The owners are the most friendly and hospitable people. Very good in customer service!!! Thank you and looking forward for a new business in the future.

Best Filipino food in Edmonton! They have a mixture of Filipino cuisine and some Canadian. Great place for families with small budgets, They also do catering and you can also book the entire place for a birthday/christening/celebration etc. Just give them a call for more information!
