I wish I had read the negative reviews before I took my dogs to this place. I am so shocked by the terrible job they did. Both of my dogs look horrible. They have bits of long hair mixed with hair shaved right to the skin. One of the dogs was nicked on his nose and they totally ruined the look of their ears. Also, they did not smell or feel clean like they usually do after a grooming. Their fur is all choppy and messy, unbelievable. I do not want to take my dogs back to have them fixed because they have been nervous and flinching since we brought them home. My previous groomer has closed so I will continue to search for someplace more professional. Can’t believe we paid $ 130.00 for a butcher job. Shame on you.

We took our dog here once after a bad haircut elsewhere. We came out of this place with an ugly haircut and traumatized puppy. Our dog is usually very friendly and excited to be anywhere (he even gets excited to be at the vet) but was clearly distressed here. I do not care to look into why this happened– My dog’s behavior is enough information– we won’t be back.
