Baker’s Feed & Seed, Ltd

I recently boarded my senegal parrot here for the first time. I was EXTREMELY nervous, as I had never left her with anyone before– she is used to travelling with me wherever I go. When I first walked in I was shocked at how many birds there were! It was loud (of course) and I was pretty hesitant to leave my feather kid behind.
I set up her cage, which was a nice size for her, and right away the owner (??) came up and took her out of the cage– she took to him immediately! He was so great with her and she seemed to like him right away, which set my mind at ease a lot. Within seconds he had her cuddling up under his chin and assured me that she would spend more time out of her cage than in (which was wonderful, as that is what we do at home.)
When I came to pick her up she looked happy and didn’t want to leave him! The staff were great and very friendly– I am very glad that I took my little lady here for her holiday and will definitely be back.
