Alta Custom Exhaust

I have an 03 Mercedes Benz ML 55 AMG and needed a new catalytic converter. I was quoted $ 3,900.00 by another shop dedicated to using original Benz parts. Obviously, this was not going to happen. I looked at reviews online of Alta Custom Exhaust and decided to let them take a look. First, Darcy and Zak were very friendly and approachable. They had told me that they’ve worked on several MB exhaust systems. After looking at what my vehicle needed Zak quoted me $ 700 for two new universal cats. Needed two to keep the flow rate the same. They also removed two other cat converters as the AMG had four. They took me under the vehicle to show me the bad cat and explain the work ahead. Then after the work was completed, they showed me the finished result. They did a great job and ensured I was well informed and gave me a great price for the work. I’ve already recommended Alta Custom to friends and family.

I searched for a mechanic thru Unilocal and definitely found a winner!!! Thank you Zac and Darcy for the work on our car, twice now. They were honest, quick and a very fair price. They take the time to explain the repair and how they found the problem, even showing us the part they replaced. We will be recommending you to all of our friends and relatives.

Everyone struggles to find a mechanic that they trust who is not charging dealership prices. These guys are the end of the line for me. The front desk manager Zak is beyond fair and generous with pricing. Every one of the technical staff is trustworthy and top quality.
