I took an ice auger in to have the spring rewound for my 70 year old uncle. The first time we tried to use it, it broke again. I took it back and the guy asked me what I did to break it accusingly. I told him nothing, my uncle had pulled a few times to try and start it and it broke. It obviously wasn’t fixed properly. Instead of putting a rush on it as it was a warranty item it took a week or so to get it fixed. When I went to pick it up he said he put the old spring back in. I asked him for a refund on the new spring that I had already paid for as it was no good to me. He started swearing at me and said that I should have to pay for the time that he spent fixing it the second time.
I will throw something away before I return to this place.
Worst service ever!

ok… our lawnmower stopped working, not a good scenario for mid summer, right? So where do we go for parts? Aberta small engine services, of course. Friendly service, great prices (just under $ 12 here, $ 50 somewhere else b/​c it wasn’t in stock and would need a rush order… rush is right! You’d agree if you saw how long our grass was:) Really nothing bad to say. Promt, cheery, helpful. Will be back if need be, but old keep your fingers crossed for our lawnmower… it was my husbands first shot at taking apart and fixing an engine :) So far, so good. Oh, and our neighbors are probably sighing in relief that the neighborhood mosquito habitat has been cut down!
