For a drive thru location this one is fantastic! Simple and clean, this location has tables inside if you choose to dine in. The food is always fresh. The onion rings here are crispy and lite. I never like when they sit, are crumbly or are oily. The only downside is no frosted mugs. Everything is served in «To Go» containers. This location is situated very close to a regular A&W restaurant. Having tried both locations, I always come to this location based on taste, service and speed.

Horrible service. Ordered 3 piece chicken meal with onion rings, upsides. Didn’t get the rings & drink was small. Staff barely spoke or understand English

The food was actually really good, fresh and fast service. I ordered extra pickles on my burger. There were three girls working at the counter not speaking English, giggling and looking at me and I herd pickle. Were they making fun of me because I ordered pickles??? I’m sure they weren’t talking about me, but I couldn’t tell what they were saying so I have no idea. I find it be very unprofessional to do this. I won’t go back because it made feel so self conscious. I speak French, and I never speak French around people who don’t understand me, and if I do I explain to them what I am saying.

This location is the worst I’ve seen across the country. It always seems to take forever(30 minutes for a poutine) to get your order and the food is always sub par. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A & W generally has decent food but this particular location served us some of the worst fast food I have ever eaten. It was pure nastiness. I have been there twice, the first time was ok but my food was luke warm, and the onion rings were a cold, greasy lump. It was nasty but I was in a hurry and ate it anyways. Thank the lord I have a strong stomach and didn’t get sick. I was worried about food poisoning. The second time was about a week ago, and this time it was worse. We ordered two Momma Burger meals one with fries, the other with onion rings, and two diet sodas. The food came out quickly, order was accurate. However, they did not have any diet pop and asked to wait 5 – 10 minutes while the got it fixed up. HUH? I was munching on my lukewarm fries(nasty) and again, onion rings that were a lukewarm and greasy ball. There is no way in hell I am waiting 10 minutes for pop when my food is ALREADY almost cold and I STILL have to drive home. So I told the polite cashier I couldn’t wait and she asked if I could order different pop instead. I said no(we don’t drink sugared pop) and ended up waiting over 5 min anways. By the time I got home the fries were cold and hardened from the grease. The onion rings were not even rings anymore, just a ball of batter and onion. And the burgers were disgisting. They were cold, the buns were wrinkly like they had been reheated. Never never never again will I go to this location. A & W should check their restaurants more often. Some of them are really good, but, this one is horrible and should not even be open. They have the distinction of selling us our worst fast food meal ever.

I usually love A & W I have had more then one issue at this location. The one evening I went I thought it was a little quick to get my food considering as quick as it came out it couldnt be fresh. I love poutines very much and thats what I usually grab if I work late and have not had supper yet. Twice I had cold almost frozen cheese on my poutine. The one evening I went I thought it was a little quick to get my food considering as quick as it came out it couldnt be fresh. I guess i’ll have to stick to new york fries great poutines or a new a&w.
