Best tennis store in Canada. They know their stuff and will help you with any tennis recommendations whether it be the string tension for your racquet or the right tennis shoe based on the court surface you play on. Great, friendly, knowledgable staff as well, highly recommend to any tennis player!

Staff is well informed. But I may never visit again… A member of the staff /weekend manager made an *extremely rude* comment on our last visit… so much so I’m motivated to take my business elsewhere and encourage members of my club to do the same! Prices are on the high end anyways.

Flashback — 1980’s Wendy’s Hamburger commercial — lil ol’ grandma peering @ an anorexic burger exclaiming. «WHERE’s THEBEEF?!»… Well i’m happy to say the great slogan is back with slight modification. WHERE’s THECUSTOMERSERVICE?! Great selection of products, but the staff… oh the staff! Have tried this store a few times and each time they disappoint. For ex. lengthly personal conversations amongst adolescent staff trumps service; standing @ the cash… with no one willing to ring your order in, etc. On a side note, if you persistently stalk the help they may cave in. Knowledgeable, but could do without the obvious disdain. If you must shop here, get in and get out quickly! And please please please DONOTBOTHERTHESTAFF — they don’t like to be disturbed!

I’m excited that they demo racquets. Now I just have to see if a Babolat racquet is for me or if I should go for a Wilson as usual!

Ok, if your passion is tennis and you crave the latest in equipment and apparel this is the place. Great staff too, with very quick stringing turnaround time. Only place in Toronto that I know that has Technifibre string.

If you or your SO are passionate for tennis, this is the place to shop for any tennis racquets, shoes and outfit. The staffs here are knowledgeable and really know their products. The website they have has all the pricing and you can do your research before going to the store! If you want more personal services, I will suggest coming here instead of Sporting Life!

This is my favorite tennis shop!!! I like the Oakville location better but since I live near the Bayview location i go there very often. Sales employees — very helpful and professional — Alli from Oakville is a kind and responsible manager! I bought the Adidas Barricade 5 in Oct 2011 — wore them for 3 months and they were causing me a lot of grief — took them back to the Bayview location — explained the issue to them and they were very kind to let me change to another pair. I thought this was very nice of them as there was no point for me to keep a pair of tennis shoes that just didnt agree with me. This is what I call excellent service! I will always go back to this shop as long as I play tennis :)

Always helpful, always friendly… The staff is courteous and they try to recommend what is right for you, not what you might overspend for. I loved this place from the first time I dealt with them and this is the place that I go for all things tennis…

So I took in my receipts and got a refund after the line items were scrutinized by 3 employees, but the clerk somehow found it appropriate to lecture us on why paying twice was our fault. Say what? There was much sighing and acting like we(the victims) had ruined her day.
