History
Established in 2005.
In April 2005, Barry H. Samuel started insideout as a way to help others reach their maximum potential. Barry started with a studio location in the east end of Toronto and took on several community events including a Spin For Diabetes, Earth Day Run and most recently the Leaside Spring Into Action Diabetes Walk, Run or Cycle fundraiser. Insideout is not just a personal training fitness studio but rather a group of fitness focused individuals who believe in everyone is strong, and it’s our job to help you find your inner strength.
We do this by providing one on one personal training in studio or at a location convenient for you, classes, group training, nutrition consultations, and community building events.
Visit our website to learn more about us and how we can help you get strong.
