After 10 years working as a plumber, Ian Baker started Baker Plumbing and Renovations in the Cowichan Valley in 1989. After a while he hired one plumber, then another and eventually he had 5 plumbers employed, each with their own van, including his son, Phil. In 2010 Ian retired and Phil now owns the company.
