Moksha Yoga West Island

This was my third stop using my Passport to Prana card. I decided to check out another Moksha studio because I really enjoy the one in NDG. Comparing it to other studios I really like the windows, it gives you a chance to look out at trees or at the sunlight shining in. It’s a great place to go for a good stretch and a good sweat. I used to live in the West Island, and I still have family there, so this will be my one stop on my way to visit friends and family.

Whatever pkg of passes or membership you purchase, gets you access to all three affiliated Moksha studios in Montréal — perfect for me… I work near Moksha NDG and I live near Moksha West Island.
The West island studio has a great vibe to it, all the instructors are always so cheerful — it’s hard to be grumpy after you get there … .even if you fought traffic to get to the studio on time for class!
There are so many classes all day, (variety of durations from 90 –75 –60, and varying intensities for all levels) … so you can continuously improve your practice — but never any pressure to push yourself too far … instead we’re reminded to listen to your body … so ZEN !!!
… and the entire place is swabbed down between classes — always fresh smelling. Shower stalls are always spotless — and no line-​up for the showers — at least not for the guys !!!
Some people find Hot Yoga expensive — but they even have an option to trade volunteer hours for free unlimited yoga.
