There never seems to be any rush to process customers at this Canada Post counter. I cringe when I arrive and see Lise working if there’s a line. I have to mentally prepare myself for her taking forever. And she conveys barely average knowledge of the products, relying entirely on «the computer.» Couldn’t even tell me what the Expedited Post delivery guarantee time was with any certainty. She kept repeating«the computer tells me it’s guaranteed» — but in how long? You do this every day! Ack!
