Wonderful customer service. They’re very helpful at choosing the best food for our cats plus litter for our cat with asthma. If they don’t have something in stock, they order it in quickly and call when it arrives. Plus, carry the large bags out to the car. Great to deal with a neighbourhood business, not the big box stores.

The customer service is fabulous! The staff are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I received VIP service. I went in wanting help choosing a new dog food brand, and the staff were so thorough in helping identify what would be best for my dogs needs.
They carried the bag of food to my car to top it off!

So, so, so pleased with my doggie’s grooming job! He’s a difficult dog and has scared off a few other groomers… But he came back relaxed and happy and never looked more beautiful! Just found our dog’s new groomers!
