Shipped something to me that arrived damaged. Packaging was horrible and open on both sides so water and other dirt could get in. The piece of paper inside was not protected and wasn’t held together. I contacted them to explain the problem and the customer service was unacceptable and unapologetic. They even asked me to drive to the store to prove it was damaged! I live in Alberta! Wouldn’t admit they could possibly make a mistake and deferred to the company that asked them to ship the item. Don’t recommend if you need anything shipped.
