Service well above and beyond the normal! Arrived at the store on Saturday afternoon to inquire about fixing our stove door hinge. The owner told me what was involved in fixing the problem but said due to a death in his family he would be unable to help me that day. I offered my condolences and in the conversation mentioned that that we had people coming for dinner the next evening. He said if he could help us he would but offered no guarantees. I told him family comes first and that I totally understood. I left my name and phone number expecting to get a call the following week. About an hour later we got a call saying he was on his way. He promptly fixed the problem and his service fee was reasonable. We will happily use his services again.
