This registered nurse and the mother of a 16-​year-​old son with disabilities is both delighted competent to provide respite care for your loved one in my home. Your loved one will enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own bedroom with a crib or hospital bed. My home is fully wheel chair accessibble, has a private drive way, fenced in back yard and security alarm. Whether you need a couple of hours, a full day, night, weekend, week or longer. March break, Easter, Christmas, Summer, Inservice days at school and even sick days. Book early because spaces fill up quickly.

Established in 2012.

I became a nurse so that I could better take care of my son, who has complex medical needs. I graduated from Dalhousie University in 2009 with my bachelor of science in nursing. In business for almost a year, Respite nurse RN was established to fill an important need. Working 12-​hour shifts at a busy hospital, I understand how difficult it is to find reliable, appropriate, affordable care for my loved one. I also understand that I am not alone. That is why I started this business. Whether you need care for an inservice day at school, or a weekend away, my service can provide respite care for your loved one. I employ a full-​time nanny to assist me with my son. We have unlimited oxygen and monitors available. I have ceiling and portable lifts. Book early because space fills up quickly
