McBurney Pools & Spas

I have dealt with McBurney pools and spas for the last 10 years and up until recently have been satisfied with their service. My pool collapsed this winter and so of course I call mcburneys… from the moment I called back in March, they have been giving me the run around. they told me my pool would be installed by the end of july… but unfortunately, that didn’t happen because first of all they couldn’t seem to get anyone out to look at my pool… I called and called, they just kept lying to me saying that I was on the top of the list… finally they did send someone out or so they told me… that was a month and a half ago… I finally got the estimate yesterday… and my pool might get installed in September… but when I called to inquire about getting a pool installed, they said they could have in by the end of august… I guess that is what they think of loyal customers… to me they only care about the almighty dollar and obviously my money isn’t good enough for them… which is fine by me as they have lost me as a customer.

Absolutely the worst service ever of any company I have ever dealt with. We was given the run around all summer long about getting our pool replaced until we finally had enough and went elsewhere. And if your smart you will do the same and save yourself a lot of headaches and enjoy your pool you bought elsewhere instead of sitting in the hot sun listening to there crap. And I am rating them one star because I can’t post unless I do.
