Terrible customer service. Called multiple times after the driver failed to deliver my package. They promised to call me before the next delivery, and did not. Instead, the driver showed up while I was home and left an attempt notice — without contacting me or knocking on the door. I’m shocked at how terrible this company is

Horrible. I do a lot of cross border business. They messed up two shipments of mine so badly, the companies I purchased from refunded the (DHL) shipping price. DHL is wonderful. Loomis sucks. The driver for our area isn’t keen on making a repeat visit to deliver your parcel if it’s the day before a holiday weekend.
That being said, they’ve improved as far as my service goes. Don’t know if that’s true for the rest of the area. I hope it’s just a matter of time before this area has enough business for a true DHL outlet.
