History
Established in 1972.
We are the largest private employer in Downtown Dartmouth, the largest law firm in Dartmouth, and the fourth largest in Atlantic Canada. Our offices are located just across the harbour from downtown Halifax with beautiful views of the Halifax waterfront. In 1972, a small group of lawyers, Boyne, Crocker & Jones, went out on their own. In 1981, they merged with the Dartmouth office of Claman, Dietrich, Clark, Bright & Clarke to form our firm.
