Apple Auto Glass

I broke the glass on my driver’s side mirror. I was lazy and it took me months to get in my car and drive the 5 minutes to get here and inquire about getting it replaced.
Well, let me tell you, I don’t know why I waited so long because withing 45 minutes of showing up I was driving away with a brand new mirror!
I arrived, was greeted nicely by the owner, I took him to my car to show the damage, he looked it up in his parts book, told me he had the part in their warehouse in Dartmouth and asked when I’d like it done. I said right away if possible and he said, it’ll be about 10 minutes for my co-​worker to go and get the mirror and we’ll do it right away.
I was blown away! I just randomly showed up at this business and they are gonna fix my mirror in no time!
The co-​worker arrived in no time with the mirror, drove my car into the bay to get it fixed and about 15 minutes later I was out the door. And it was inexpensive!
It’s not usual that I write about businesses, but when you get such amazing customer service, it needs to be passed along. Gary was the great guy helping me out and if I’m ever in need of window replacement again, I know where I’ll be going!
