I offer a CAD drafting service which specializes in the design of custom home plans (as well as cottage plans, garage plans & additions) and I can create a complete set of construction drawings for you to obtain a building permit and to build your dream home.

One advantage to getting custom house plans is that they will be drawn to meet the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada & local Nova Scotia Codes, so you won’t have a problem obtaining a Building Permit in HRM (Halifax, Dartmouth) or anywhere in NS. «Off the Shelf» internet plans may not reflect our building codes.

Established in 2009.

I started doing home design & providing a CAD drafting service when, as a roof truss designer, I saw a need for house plans to be more detailed structurally. I lot of the other home designers plans that came across my desk lacked the structural detail needed by the foundation contractor, framer and the floor & roof truss designer.
