TERRIBLETERRIBLEPLACE. I travel a lot for work and often on the go so I have to eat a lot of fast food and crap… This was literally the WORST Burger King Ive ever been to in my entire life. first off. they are so damn cheap. they were out of medium drink cups(hows that even happen!?!) so they gave me a small plastic cup meant for a milk shake or something like that. its about ¾ the size of a normal medium drink… i said thats crap they should give out larges at no charge. they refused! they said it would cost money! cheap much!?! next issue that really bothered me was the amount of times i had to repeat myself to the person taking my order who had a very loose graspe on the english language. WHYAREYOUWORKINGFRONTTILLIFYOUCANTUNDERSTANDME!!! the restaurant was dirty inside. trays on tables with garbage. pop all over the floor by the self serve pop machine. filthy lobby… 2 guys speaking some other language in the back laughing and joking around instead of cleaning or being productive. the disgusting nature of the restaurant made me severely question the cleanliness of the person handling my food. i threw my burger in the trash and only at my fries… i have extreme doubt the back employees wash their hands judging by the state of the place. bottom line… if you’re in Courtenay and have the hankering for some BK… keep on trucking and save yourself the pig sty. theres an a&w, mcdinks, wendys, DQ, taco time withing 5 min drive.
