All of our measurements are fully guaranteed and covered with $ 1,000,000 professional liability insurance (E&O).

History

Established in 2012.

After a decade in the architectural/​engineering industries, Tim noticed a lack of professional measuring and drafting services for the Real Estate industry and decided to open West Coast Measuring.

West Coast Measuring started out offering beautiful 2D Marketing Floor Plans, and has since expanded to include Interactive 3D Models, Immersive 3D Scans, Permit Drawing Packages, and Professional Drafting & Design Services.

With over a decade of professional drafting experience working for some of the largest firms in Vancouver, Tim started West Coast Measuring to fill a void in the market — Professional, Guaranteed, Real Estate Floor Plans.

Not wanting to waste years of drafting experience, or the skills of his employees, West Coast Measuring also offers drafting services to Architects, Contractors, and homeowners — from permit drawings for a new deck, to full Design/​BP Packages for new homes.
