Business Owner

Adam Wanono, President/​CEO Senior Managing Agent.

Adam Wanono has a background in business and accounting from BCIT and UBC. As an energetic individual who started in the commercial industry as a Rental Agent, he worked his way to also become a Strata Agent. He is knowledgeable and well versed with the Strata Property Act and the Residential Tenancy Act of BC. Within the past 8 years, he has managed numerous portfolios ranging from a mixture of high-​rise Residential and Commercial buildings, low-​rise buildings, and townhouses throughout the Lower Mainland. Adams philosophy as a managing Agent for the owners is to provide excellent customer service with integrity
