Each dog is different and with in-​house training, Pawsitive Education can design a training course that will meet your dog’s specific needs. Our training course addresses behaviour modification like pulling on a leash, jumping, nipping, barking and toilet training, we also include basic commands like sit/​stay during the training. We also give you tips on the best way to share your home with your pet.

We use positive reinforcement and promote a happy, healthy relationship between you and your dog, one that is based on trust and respect and will help establish you as the leader.

In-​house training gives you the added advantage of training all the members of your family. This way the approach to your dog’s training can be organized and consistent. Training a dog is not a one-​time event. It is an ongoing practice which must be maintained to ensure a harmonious relationship. Joy is a Certified Dog Trainer. She studied at the International Academy of Canine Trainers and continues her education by helping out in obedience classes and assisting in their doggie day care.

She has always been an animal lover but just recently decided to pursue her love for animals as a profession. She believes that Dog Training is the perfect way to help the dogs, it makes it easier for them by creating structure in their lives. It makes it also easier for owners to build a relationship with a well behaved dog.
