Specialties
I love to deal with 1st Time home Buyers, and/or newly separated or divorcing clients… or what I like to call «1st To Buy on Their Own Buyers»,
I also love dealing with clients who have a large amount of equity in their home and are looking for ways to use it to clear up their consumer debts.
I enjoy providing excellent «hands on» guidance in an otherwise confusing and time consuming process.
I can assist you in organizing financing for your home by introducing you to multiple financial institutions that will bid for your business to save you time and money. The best part for you in all of this is my service is NO CHARGE TO YOU!
My focus is to provide the best mortgage products and rates to suit each client’s specific situation, and once your mortgage has funded, it does not end there. I also provide an annual review to ensure that your mortgage is working for your best interests. If at that time, things need to be changed, we can work on a strategy to do so.

History
Established in 2008.
I became a Mortgage Professional after buying and selling real estate for years, but feeling that the banks treated me as though I should be lucky to have them, not the other way around.
Customer service is always my focus, and being that a home is typically the largest purchase you will ever make, you should feel valued while understanding the fine print of the contract you end up signing.
I have worked with a variety of different home owners/buyers but I really understand and enjoy working with eager First Time Home Buyers and/or «First To Buy on Their Own Buyers» or divorcees.
I give back to my industry with my role of Broker Mentor, and in Spring 2014 I taught two classes in our local high school on credit responsibility & budgeting (a real treat for me)!
I believe that without a financial plan, there is no map.

Business Owner
Real Estate has been one of my many fascinations… no actually; it has been a slow-growing love affair for over the past 20 years. When I was twenty-one I bought my first place and never looked back.
Now, 20 years later, with personal experience under my belt and 8 years of professional mortgage broker expertise, I enjoy sharing with the average consumer what the bank seems to consistently miss… how to save $$ long term.
I enjoy blogging about various financial facts and figures, with a little crazy humor thrown in, and I keep my info totally Canadian, eh! Let’s face it, financial info is boring and confusing, and that is why I keep my topics to the point but with further links if you so choose to delve further.
From Broker to Blogger I love my job!
