Loved it here! Lana did my gel nail fill and she was amazing, very professional and friendly, did a very perfect and beautiful job. My nails look amazing and she went above and beyond to help me pick colors and make sure they matched. I've had people compliment me on my nails thinking they were real, so there is not too much product on to make it look fake, yet they stood up to the whole time before I got them done again. Amazing personal service and I will keep going back.

I went here 5 years ago for mani/pedicure. It was a great experience. I went back again and I was very unhappy. The young girls were laughing and speaking in another language and they had no concept of customer service. The place is clean, the Owners are very nice but it was a very noisy place due to employees socializing with each other.

I go to Lana, after being recommended by an acquaintance and I’ve been for three mani-​pedis. She has done a very good job on my Shellac and I’ve changed nail salons as a result!

Saw my review was from 2011 and realized I should state this is still my #1 pick. Have been to Kits, Vancouver, Mexico… salons and this is still the top option.
Owners Lana and Hui have updated the establishment and there are more chairs and tables.
Gel, shellac, hydro pedicures include hot stone massage… everything you require for your nails. Services like waxing also available.
My nails always last a long time and receive many compliments.

The best nail salon in the neighborhood! Great service! They are very creative and make the most interesting designs on my nails. I love color and fun designs, and they always make my nails beautiful… I get compliments wherever I go :)

Day two and polish is coming off. Worst manicure ever! Filed my own nails because they just kept shortening and giving smiley face shape. Never will return waste of money.

I have gone to this place several times and it is a hit and miss… The employees are very rude… always talking and laughing in another language. If you ask them a question, they ask another employer in their mother tongue. Just plain RUDE… we are in Canada folks and our language here is ENGLISH… I had a set of gell nails put on and within a week they fell off and I went directly back there and they re-​did and I was told that the fellow had put the wrong stuff on my nails… I thought. Ok this is fair enough until I went to leave and they charged me for a full set again… I was very upset… This husband wife/​team that own the place are all about the money… no customer service. nothing…i would, not go again and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I found this nail salon on Unilocal and went for a pedicure this afternoon. The exterior is a bit run down and the interior was typical for an inexpensive nail salon. The staff were very friendly and polite and they were able to squeeze in my appoint at the last minute. It certainly wasn’t the best pedi I’ve had but I would definitely go there again :)

I thought I would try this place because it is closer to work/​home and after reading the reviews I thought «worth trying».
This was the worst place to get nails done. When she was finished doing my nails (gel nails) and I was just about to leave, I noticed that there were these white scratches all over my nails and not just one or two fingers but every finger. She tried telling me that it was due to the gel I had underneath (I came in for a fill) but I have been getting my nails done for 10 years and this has never happened before! I usually get them done downtown but sometimes i get fills at other salons when i dont have time to go down there. She then went on to tell me she noticed it when she was doing filing them; then why did she not say anything? If I had known they were going to look like that I would have not done them. Another customer was there so instead of fixing them she asked someone else to airbrush a pink on them and then put another coat of gel. You can still see the scratches. I will NOT be going back.

I have been going here religiously for the last year. Lana is the best nail tech ever, I will only go to her for my gels. They have a great range of offerings and the prices are extremely reasonable. I love getting gels there and they do the airbrushing — I love getting the designs. If you need a nail place in the area, or just a good pedicure or whatever, go to Image Nails!
