Canadian Carpet & Tile

Do not go to Canadian Carpet and Tile! I hired for complete kitchen renovation… It has been a nightmare! Paid 50% deposit, been without a kitchen for OVER A MONTH!!! They installed only boxes and said they want more money. So I have theses empty boxes nailed to my walls. No drawers, no cabinets… when I ask when will they be installed… they have no answers… they just say they need more money. I’ve had to spend a fortune going out to eat with my family as we have nothing. Schedule keeps changing, major lack of communication between subcontractor, company and myself. Take days off work only to have the schedule moved to a different day. The quality, materials is not what was agreed upon… when I complain they say I have to pay more or they can’t put in the remaining kitchen. Paid for painted wood, they have installed particle board. My Neighbor warned me not to go to Canadian Carpet and Tile in Coquitlam but they were so nice at the beginning that I thought she must be mistaken. Now I’m living a kitchen nightmare.
